This page is for current owners of Digital Video Essentials HD. Please refer to the instructions found at this link. You will be required to mail in the casewrap from your copy of DVE HD as part of the upgrade process.
Upon receipt of your casewrap, we will mail a copy of DVE HD Basics to the address used as your shipping address for this order (not the return address on your package). If you need to change your address, it is your responsibility to notify us at help@dvdinternational.com.
IMPORTANT: Hold on to your filter. The upgrade disc does not include a filter (it is identical to the filter that shipped with DVE HD) and we will have to charge an additional fee plus s&h if you need a replacement filter.
Please do not order any other items at the same time that you order this replacement disc. Ordering additional items may complicate or delay your order.
And just another reminder: Hold on to your filter! (and your hat! It's going to be an exciting ride).
