Why are we making this offer?
For two reasons:
1) With the demise of HD DVD, many of you will be transitioning to Blu-ray and we don’t think it is fair to penalize you for buying the HD version.
2) The technology used to create HD (and Blu-ray) has evolved so much in the past year, that DVE HD Basics is a far better program than the original DVE HD.
Instructions to Upgrade your DVE HD to DVE HD Basics:
1) Order your replacement disc here. After you have submitted your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email.
2) Remove the casewrap from your copy of DVE HD. Photocopies are not permitted. Do not send the case. 
3) Print the Order Confirmation Email and mail it – along with the casewrap to:

4) When we receive your casewrap and Order Confirmation we will ship your copy of DVE HD Basics.
